This page carries the terms of service for PocketCPA, operated by Contra Holdings LLC, a Utah limited liability company. It covers acceptable use, subscriptions and billing, disclaimers, limitation of liability, dispute resolution and governing law.

PocketCPA covers all six CPA exam sections with 11,896 cited questions and 1,181 lesson pages, and writes a new question with new numbers on 19 calculation topics (unlimited practice).
